UBS is offering maths, statistics, economics, finance and engineering
specialists the chance to gain experience within our Equities and Fixed
Income Derivatives teams as well as our Investment Banking Division
through our four to 12 month Industrial Placements. The start date and
the length are flexible.

Investment Banking Department:
The roles focuse mainly on coverage and execution, though you will
support the origination effort and may, in time, start to assume some
responsibility for deal origination.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-Primarily involved in execution activities, including basic
responsibilities such as data gathering, analysis and material
preparation, as well as taking responsibility for managing standard
processes such as preparing deal documentation.
-Support senior managers in origination activities (e.g. preparing
pitch books or modelling potential deals).
-Build effective cross-business area relationships and sharing
information, which facilitates business development.
